The unemployment rate in Turkey in November, which was 13% in the same month of the previous year, decreased by 1.8 points to 11.2%. Youth unemployment is still very high and idle unemployment continues to hover around 22%. At the point of long-term unemployment, the fact that this decrease is more weighted on the services and sub-sectors may indicate that more people are turning to these sectors.
